Effective January 1st, 2009, Alfred F. Cypes & Co., Inc. and The Amerisc Corp., of Garden City, NY have merged. Our merger formalizes a 10 year relationship that has and will continue to provide many benefits to you, our valued clients.
We will maintain our two fully staffed offices in Nanuet, NY and Garden City, Long Island. Although there are many similarities in our business styles and focuses, we also believe that our two agencies will compliment each other and provide additional services and value to our clients.
We will call our combined entity, "AFC-Amerisc."
This merger will give us access to additional insurance markets and services as well as giving us a greater presence with our existing insurance companies. We believe that this will give us a competitive edge negotiating coverages and premiums on your behalf. In addition to the traditional and non-traditional lines of personal and business insurance, we will now have the capability of providing you with industry leading bonding and employee benefit facilities.
